Pepperoni is King

Almost half of the full pizzas we sell have pepperoni on them.  That means you can't go wrong with pepperoni.  It also means it might be time to branch out and try a new combination!

Aged to perfection

One of the secrets to Nico's fabulous pizza and breadsticks is our dough making process.  Our dough goes through a multi-step, cold-fermentation process.  The pizza dough you eat today was made at least 72 hours earlier.  This time-consuming process yields a crust that has more complex flavors, has a unique texture, and is easier to digest.

The secret is in the sauce

Nico's House dressing is something special - people love it on everything: pizza, breadsticks, salad, there are even a few customers we have seen scooping it up with their fingers (we aren't naming names).   Yes, it is a closely held secret what goes inside, and no, it doesn't contain any addictive substances.  We serve A LOT of our House dressing though - so much that we make it in 15 GALLON batches! (And yes, it is available in pints.)

Grab a slice!

"Grabbing a slice" is an east coast tradition that has taken root here in Provo.  In fact, we sell almost three times as many slices as pies! Grabbing a slice is fast, and allows you to try lots of our different flavor combinations.  It could be your new tradition: before the game, after the party, while you study... come grab a slice!

We're on the list

Okay, you don't really have to be on the VIP list to visit us for Nico's at Night, but it does feel like a kind of exclusive club.  Our night menu includes a wider variety of slices, often flavors and ingredients that aren't available during the day.  And while most of Provo goes to bed early, Nico's dining room is open until midnight Monday - Friday for a place to hang out while you satisfy your late night cravings.

The name lives on

"No, I'm not Nico." Each of us here at Nico's pizza has had to give that answer many times.  The original Nico founded the company almost 25 years ago.  We have been running the show since 2017.  We are committed to retaining the tradition Nico started, while continuing to evolve and deliver the best pizza in town.

The bigger, the better

It is a well known "secret" in the pizza world - the larger size pizzas are a better deal.  You get more pizza for your dollar if you buy the largest pizza.  (And who doesn't love leftover pizza.)  If you can't eat a whole extra large, then Nico's has a deal for you - our slices are priced to match our extra large pizzas.  So you get the "volume" discount in a single serving. 

You really can use geometry in daily life

Geometry is actually useful if you want to know how much pizza you are getting.  We have done the math for you so you know how big each size pizza is compared to our "Bigger-than-your-face" slices:

Small (8"): 1.25 "Bigger-than-your-face" slices

Medium (12") - 2.80 "Bigger-than-your-face" slices

Large (14") - 3.80 "Bigger-than-your-face" slices

Extra large (16) - 5  "Bigger-than-your-face" slices
